1. Delivery & Replacement Service
Battery delivery and replacement services are provided within a 20km radius from each helo battery pitstop, subject to accessibility, traffic conditions, weather, and site safety. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the coverage radius.

2. Battery Warranty (By Brand)
Battery warranty is valid throughout Sabah and is subject to:
- Manufacturer’s warranty terms and duration for each battery brand (GS Yuasa, Camel, Tuflong, or other approved brands)
- Physical and technical inspection of the battery
- Valid proof of purchase and registered warranty record

3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Vehicle electrical or charging system failure (alternator, wiring, etc.)
- Vehicle modification or improper installation
- Accidents, flooding, fire, or natural disasters

4. Limitation of Liability
Helo battery shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including delays, loss of time, towing costs, or additional expenses arising from battery or vehicle failure.
